Winlah Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and winlah ("Platform", "us"). This document governs your use of all services, games, and features available at winlah.bar.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Winlah platform, you automatically agree that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.

Winlah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the winlah platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not currently subject to any ban or restriction from using the winlah platform.
• Registering on your own behalf only, not on behalf of any third party.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without compensation.

03 User Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at winlah at any one time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by another party.
• Notify Winlah immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that the personal information in your account is always accurate and up to date.

Winlah will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized third-party use of your account, with or without your knowledge, if you fail to report the incident promptly.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Winlah supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia, including FPX, online banking with all major banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account balance within five minutes.
• Winlah does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within one to two business hours.
• The destination account for withdrawals must be under the same name as your Winlah account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Winlah reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal for KYC compliance purposes.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Winlah offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all winlah bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or directly exchanged for cash.
• Winlah reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including promotion abuse or multi-account coordination.
• All bonus offers have a set validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

06 General Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on winlah is subject to the following rules:

• Bets may only be placed when your account balance is sufficient. No credit or loans are available.
• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred.
• Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical error during a gaming session, winlah reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will be used to calculate wins, without exception.
• Winlah reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict access to certain markets at our discretion.

07 Responsible Gaming

• Using deposit or withdrawal methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any activity that could potentially facilitate money laundering.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the Winlah platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate sports betting outcomes or game results.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Winlah reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspicious or unusual activity requiring further investigation.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Alternatively, you may close your own account at any time by contacting the winlah support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met, and any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Winlah provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law:
